Additionally, CorrGrid authorizes the use of these materials during educational sessions and the display of CorrGrid charts in video broadcasts, such as overviews, news segments, and analytical content, or for any other purpose involving CorrGrid charts or products. This authorization is subject to the requirement that clear and conspicuous CorrGrid attribution is always visible when using these charts and products. X. Payment and Service Cancellation Policy
CorrGrid Subscription Guide: Authorization, Free Trial Terms, Billing Procedures, Cancellation Process, and Specific Refund Policies:
1.Subscription and Authorization: When ordering any subscription on CorrGrid, including a free trial period, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms of Use. By doing so, you authorize CorrGrid to automatically charge your bank card or PayPal account according to the billing period you selected.
2.Free Trial and Conversion: CorrGrid reserves the right to offer a free trial period for its services. During this trial, users can access certain features for a specified duration. If the trial is not canceled before its expiration date, it will automatically convert to a monthly or annual paid plan, depending on the user’s choice. Refunds for monthly plans are not available, even if the subscription is canceled on the same day as the autoconversion payment. Refunds are solely applicable after automatic deductions for annual payments, within 14 calendar days after payment, except for users who have initiated chargebacks, disputes, or claims.
3.Billing and Renewal: CorrGrid charges for its services in advance on a monthly, annual, or 2-year basis. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service or unused months, as long as your user account remains active. In the event of an auto-renewal failure for an annual plan, the subscription will automatically convert to a monthly plan. Billing is recurring until you take the initiative to cancel your CorrGrid subscription, a process that can be completed via the billing section of your profile page.
4.Subscription Cancellation: You are responsible for canceling your CorrGrid subscription. To initiate a cancellation, you must follow the procedure outlined in the billing section of your profile page. Sending an email request or support ticket is not considered a valid cancellation method. If you decide to cancel your subscription before the current paid-up period expires, your subscription will remain active until the next due date. Failure to make a payment by the due date will result in the termination of your subscription.
5.Refund Policy: CorrGrid does not provide refunds for initial payments, recurring monthly payments, or upgrades to higher-priced plans or extended billing cycles. However, refunds are available upon request for recurring annual and 2-year payments within 14 calendar days of the payment date. Refunds will not be issued if an account is banned due to a violation of the terms of service. It’s important to note that refunds will not be issued in the event of an account ban resulting from a violation of the terms of service.
6.Tax Registration: CorrGrid is registered for tax purposes in Georgia.
7.This policy outlines our approach to payments, refunds, and service cancellations. Please review it carefully before using CorrGrid’s services.
